As their client base grew, a lack of a robust system for managing documents and client information began to create serious problems. The application process became difficult to handle due to frequent back-and-forth for document corrections, constant manual reminders to clients for submissions, and disorganized files. This ultimately slowed down the application process and significantly reduced work efficiency.

Better Pi developed a custom ERP system for 101 Business Consultant, fully digitizing their document processing. This new system enables clients to submit and upload information directly via digital forms, allowing the company to efficiently manage a larger client base and prepare for future expansion.

It also provides a unified platform for tracking project progress and managing staff. By recording employee work status, the system reduces information gaps and prevents application delays that can result from miscommunication.

Flat DesignDesign

The system's interface primarily uses the same light blue as the company's logo, with blue-violet for call-to-action buttons, creating a cohesive and professional visual identity. Flat design emphasizes simplicity and directness, eliminating unnecessary embellishments. This clean and sharp style aligns with the company's focus on efficiency and professionalism. Furthermore, the intuitive and straightforward UI reduces the time it takes for staff to learn the new system, which further improves work efficiency and daily management.

Once a client creates their company profile and chooses a funding program, the system automatically presents the corresponding form. Clients can then easily submit their application by filling out the form and uploading the required documents.

ReminderAutomatic Email Notifications

The system centralizes all document expiry dates and automatically detects which documents are about to expire, sending out reminder emails. Using a preset message template, these emails automatically fill in the recipient, subject line, and relevant document details. This ensures that both staff and clients receive timely alerts, significantly improving application efficiency and overall communication.
